RETURNS/ REFUNDS

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within the returns period providing all items are returned in complete, perfect and unused condition with their original packaging. 

Once the return has been processed, we will make a refund onto the card that was used when the purchase was made. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any postage costs. 

How long will it take to process my return?

Once your parcel has reached our team for processing it can take up to 10 business days to fulfil the return/refund request and for payment to appear on your credit card statement. When we deal with your request we will send you an email confirming this, assuming you have provided your email address.

Standard Delivery (3-5 days) - £3.50 for orders under £45
